Our Programs & What We Do

Our Recycle & Restore program allows free recycling for nearly all items. This includes from businesses & residents of Southern Maine & New Hampshire. This is free thanks to our 100% volunteer team and our generous donors.

For bulk pickup’s & drop-offs, please reach out to us at 207-307-0779, at info@leclairfoundation.org or click here. We can handle any amount of devices & often at no charge for pickup, including for businesses. Data destruction is always free! We can crush them on-site with a data-destruction certificate.

We can ONLY accept the devices below:

• Laptops, Computers (broken, working, any age). Data destruction free of charge.
• Cell phones, office phones (any age, broken / working)
• Cords, wires, chargers (any cords at all, working or not)
• Electronic parts (motherboards, RAM, CPU’s, brown boards, etc..)
• Any games or game stations (any age, working or broken)
• Networking devices such as switches, routers, modems, etc..
• Special items (3d printers, museum donations, etc..)

We no longer accept TV’s of any kind, printers or anything not on the above list. If you have an item you believe we would like, please reach out. If you have WORKING items not on the list above, we may be interested.

• Veteran or active duty
• Senior (55+)
• Disabled
• Low Income
• Teacher & Student
• Other situations may be eligible. We encourage you to reach out.
• NOTE: There is currently a long wait list for devices.

We provide low & no cost websites, devices & technology support to small businesses & nonprofits across NH & ME. Please reach out with any requests. This program is limited due to number of requests & clients.

To schedule a free technology support session (1 on 1) please call the McArthur Public Library. The Tech Coordinator can accept appointments and walk-ins. This is free for everyone.

We also provide free technical in-home support for those who cannot make it to a physical location. Please reach out to request an appointment. • Must be considered immobile or have proof of immobility.
